My style of coaching involves the ability to understand you. Starting with a series of questions to understand your thought process and your perspective I then challenge you to think beyond that, while stretching and growing you to see a more empowering way. As a certified John Maxwell coach, I can help you see the current state of where you are and what is up the path ahead. Coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, coming alongside you while helping you achieve goals and overcoming limiting paradigms.
Training & Workshops
Change begins with learning and developing new skills. My training style is facilitative and I create an interactive learning environment where new knowledge is acquired through shared content and an exchange of ideas.
